At XM LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is required

Certain items such as personal care or hygiene-related products (e.g., opened beauty products) may not be eligible for return due to safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged products caused by customer handling
Opened cosmetic or beauty products
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards (if applicable)
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

First, check your bank account again
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@xm-llc.com
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Shipping costs are non-refundable
If a refund is issued, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
After 12 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled
